Qimei returns from Organic Market Asia 2026

Three show days in Shanghai

From June 15 to 17, 2026, Qimei took part in Organic Market Asia (OMA) with the entire group at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. The event brought together organic producers, ingredient suppliers, brand owners, distributors and retail buyers from across Asia and beyond — a key platform for Qimei to connect with international buyers of certified organic ingredients and finished products, particularly for the North American, European and Asian markets.

155 products across seven categories

Presented were 155 certified organic products across seven categories — including frozen fruits and vegetables, freeze-dried ingredients, ready-to-eat grain porridges, fresh vegetables and eggs, dried products as well as organic grains and oils. Several newly developed freeze-dried and ready-to-eat products celebrated their premiere, reflecting growing international demand for convenient organic foods with clean labels.

Certified for global markets

The product portfolio is supported by international certifications — EU Organic, USDA NOP, Japan JAS, Canada COR and China Organic — as well as BRC A-grade food safety certification. These help buyers quickly assess compliance, traceability and export readiness across key markets.

Outcomes and award

In talks with buyers and partners from Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Greater China, discussions focused on long-term supply agreements, private-label development and export cooperation for freeze-dried ingredients and ready-to-eat products. Over the three show days, Qimei received more than 1,000 groups of professional buyers and collected hundreds of qualified channel leads. Qimei was also honoured with the "International Cooperation Award" at OMA — recognizing its contribution to international organic trade and standardized supply chain operations.

Relevance for trade and processing

The event highlighted trends relevant to buyers: growing demand for lightweight, ready-to-eat organic foods, strong interest in freeze-dried ingredients for retail, foodservice and private label, and the increasing importance of traceability and farm-to-fork quality control.
